Getting Started with the Digital In/Out board

Saving time and improving inter-office communication are the key objectives of the Digital In/Out board.

With the Digital In/Out board you can:

  • Update your personal status as Online or Offline with a custom message
  • Advise on your return time
  • Check on the availability of staff. Even if someone is at their desk, it doesn't mean they're available.
  • Update your status remotely via the Terminal Server. New interfaces coming, stay tuned!

The primary screen of the Digital Board lists all employees and common resources and indicates the status of each.

Toggle your status by simply clicking on the "Online" or "Offline".

When marking yourself as "Offline" you can also click on your name to specify your return time or provide additional information.

In the top field you can type a personalized message. The 'choose a time" drop down menu provides you a number of common status options and a list of times. Press “OK” to mark your status as Offline and update your status.

If a staff member has left a custom message regarding their "Offline" status, this can be viewed by simply placing your mouse over their name.

The Digital In/Out Board automatically refreshes itself every 60 seconds.
